🏔️ Know Before You Go

Highline Trail

The most requested backcountry itinerary. Advance sites go fast on May 1, but roughly 30% of all sites are held for walk-ups the day before.

Going-to-the-Sun Road

No vehicle reservation needed in 2026. Logan Pass parking is limited to 3 hours starting July 1, with a ticketed shuttle pilot through September 7.

Many Glacier

The most popular valley, with stunning lakes and peaks. Campsites here are highly competitive in every booking window.

Two Medicine + North Fork

Less crowded alternatives with noticeably better permit availability. Two Medicine adds boat access to shorten approaches.
