Half Dome Daily Lottery Tracker
Half Dome is won, not booked. Recreation.gov runs a fresh draw for every day of the season, and some dates put twice as many permits on the table as others. We read the pool every day so you can enter for the date that actually has permits in it.
This season the pool has run from 80 permits on the tightest date to 114 on the loosest.
Permits in the next draws
Each daily draw starts with a fixed block of permits and picks up any that went unclaimed from the season lottery. Read straight from Recreation.gov, refreshed daily.

Be first in line for the March draw
The big Half Dome draw is the preseason lottery every March: 225 of the 275 permits for each day are handed out in that one round. The window opens and closes inside the month and Recreation.gov sends nothing to tell you. Add Half Dome to your alerts and we'll email you when applications open and again when results post.
